By connecting to a Project Free WiFi hotspot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Project Free WiFi provides free, temporary wireless internet access at various community locations. Our service is:
- Provided free of charge
- Temporary and location-specific
- Subject to availability
- Offered "as is" without warranties
Acceptable Use
When using Project Free WiFi, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Respect other users and share bandwidth fairly

- Availability at any particular time or location
Security Notice
Our WiFi hotspots are open, public networks. You are responsible for:
- Protecting your own devices and data
- Using secure (HTTPS) websites when possible
- Avoiding sensitive transactions on public WiFi
- Maintaining current security software on your devices
We strongly recommend using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) for additional security when using any public WiFi network.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Free WiFi, its operators, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the service
- Any data loss or security breaches
- Any unauthorized access to your devices or accounts
- Any interruption or cessation of service
- Any content accessed through our network
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Free WiFi, its operators, volunteers, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
